If you are a new caller, our legal operators will take your details concerning the area of advice you require before transferring you to the relevant solicitor or barrister (or other lawyers) specialising in that area of law. Our lawyers are qualified Solicitors & Barristers who work from our offices or from other locations across the UK and other parts of the world. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service to members of the public, businesses, and charities throughout the UK, America, and India amongst other international legal jurisdictions.

However, we are not just a legal advice service. If you need more than just simple legal advice, we are also able to refer your case to a quality vetted law firm ready to take your case.

How do I know how much it is going to cost?

You are in control at all times. Our service is charged by the minute and is very keenly priced. The cost of the call is charged at £1.50 per minute which equates to a very competitive rate of £90 per hour. If you call on our premium rate number, charges will be billed directly to your telephone bill. Calls from mobile phones may cost more. The length of the call depends on the nature of the query however most calls last an average of 22 minutes. The important thing to remember is that you control the length of your call and how much you spend.

If you choose, you can also pay by credit card at the same rate of £1.50 per minute. International jurisdictions may cost more and are only available through this method of payment.

Casework is charged at different rates depending on the nature of the case. Your Solicitor or Barrister will be happy to discuss rates specifically for your case should matters proceed further.
